Payment Policy
Payment methods accepted include KNET& Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card) for all orders, in addition to COD (Cash on delivery) for local orders only.
Credit Card and/or KNET will be charged once order is placed. The full amount will be refunded if there is any issue from our end in processing the order.
Shipping Policy
Order is processed 24 hours after confirmation. Any orders placed on Thursday will be processed the following Sunday.
Local shipping occurs within 2-3 working days after order is processed (Sunday-Thursday), excluding public holidays.
International shipping time & cost varies based on location.
Return & Exchange
Items can be returned in the same condition and packaging as they were received within 2 days of delivery date.
Returned products must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact.
Once we receive the refunded item, and ensure that they were in the same condition as they were sent, we will provide you with store credit for the items returned or an exchange with another desired product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in their perfect condition or that are without their original packaging and receipt.
If you find that your product has a manufacturer’s defect (within 2 days of purchase), please do not hesitate to contact us for an exchange.
